When you are ready to sign up for your community’s website please click on the "Sign In" button in the upper right hand corner. A new page will open. Go to the "New User? Sign Up Today..." and click on "Sign Up". Please follow the instructions and examples on the page. Have your statement or welcome letter available for reference during the registration process.
Please Note: For the purposes of the website Sign In, your address is your Lot number and Subdivision area within the Baca Grande POA. For example, if you own lot 1 in Chalet I, your address is 1 Chalet I. Using your regular mailing address will not work.
We recommend using your email address as your sign in name; this will eliminate the possibility of choosing the same sign in name as another user.
You will need to create a password, confirm the password and enter your email address for future correspondence. Please read the Terms of Service and click “agree” at the bottom of the page. Your name and address will then be compared to Hammersmith’s database of homeowners for security clearance.
If an error occurs please confirm the following:
- Name (confirm that the name you are entering is the same name that is on your statement/ property)
- Address (confirm that the address is entered as your lot number and subdivision area--either Chalet I, Chalet II, Chalet III, Grants or Mobile Home Estates. Omit punctuation and abbreviations.)
