How to Sign Up- How to sign up and access your communities website.

Account Inquiry- Find out what your account balance is for your association.

About Automatic Payments - This is a free service, but it takes several weeks to setup.

Payment by Check- There is a convenience fee  of associated with this service. Please allow 3 business days for processing.

Payment by Credit Card- There is a convenience fee of $7 associated with this service. Please allow 2 business days for processing.

Payment by Mail- To send a check or money order by mail, be sure to note your account number(s) on your payment and mail to: Baca Grande POA, #110, Hammersmith Management Payment Center, c/o US Bank, P.O. Box 502580, San Diego, CA 92150-2580

Please Note! When accessing your account for an account inquiry, or making a payment online, you will be asked to enter your association number and account number in the form of xxx-yyyyyyy. The Baca Grande's Association number is 110. Your account number is the 2 digit prefix (11 for MHE/Casita Park, 21 for Chalet I, 22 for Chalet II, and 31 for the Grants), plus your four digit lot number, plus "0". For example the account number for, Lot 1 in Casita Park is 110-1100010.
