John Hammersmith, AMS, CMCA, PCAM, President, CEO John Hammersmith, along with his mother Donna and brother James founded Hammersmith Management in 1981. In 1995 John became the sole owner of Hammersmith Management, Inc. John brings more than 25 years experience to the community association management field. His professional, educational, and extensive industry background contribute significantly to the insightful management skills he provides to homeowner associations. John holds the AMS (Association Management Specialist), PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) and CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designations.
John is a former Board member and Treasurer of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of CAI, as well as a guest speaker for CAI and the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado.
John has served on numerous CAI committees over the years including the Trade Show, Legislative Action, and CEO-MC committees.
John's experience spans the spectrum of needs and problems that confront community associations today. John enjoys working with people, and takes a very active role with each of Hammersmith Management's clients. He also takes a very active role with other management companies across the country - nationwide interaction that brings new ideas and solutions to our region.
After all these years of experience, John thoroughly enjoys community association management and is committed to continuing his role as a leader in this industry.
Ann Williams Vice President of Community Association Services As Vice President for Hammersmith Management Ms. Williams leads our team of dedicated Directors in Community Management, Client Services and Corporate Training to develop and deliver superior and professional services to homeowners, HOA Boards and Developers, with adherence to standards of excellence in Community Management.
Ann’s career of 20 years includes both national and international experience in executive level positions within the Hospitality and Training Management industries. She has served in both commercial and non-profit Board of Director roles and directed teams at all levels to achieve and exceed expectations in the delivery of service standards.
She is committed to developing exceptional services, extraordinary standards and accomplished team members in order to enhance and advance the goals of Hammersmith Management and the communities and stakeholders we serve.
Brenda Richards, CPA Controller Brenda is responsible for overseeing our entire accounting department. She received her Bachelors Degree in accounting from Moorhead State University and holds an active CPA certification.
Brenda has over 15 years experience in accounting with 6 years of that experience as a controller.
Denise Heinrich, Office Administrator Denise is the company's Director of Administrative Services, which oversees the administrative staff. She is also the corporate secretary and is responsible for all status of accounts as well. Denise has been with Hammersmith Management, Inc. for over 11 years.
Cheryl Felton Director of Human Resources Cheryl is the Director of Human Resources. She has over 10 years experience in managing Client Service operations and an extensive background in launching start-up organizations. She developed the plan to implement and manage Hammersmith’s Client Services team, which launched in October of 2002. Her responsibilities have since expanded to include overseeing our Human Resources department for the organization.
