The following policies and procedures are draft documents of the Association. The Association Board of Directors created this page to give the membership a forum to comment on policies and procedures the Board is considering that may affect the members. Pending policies and procedures will be posted for a minimum of 30 days. A link is provided below for members to submit their comments to the Board. Once approved, the new policy will be posted in the Document Center. It will go into effect an additional 30 days after the date of approval.
In order to reach property owners, email notifications will be sent out and notices will be printed in the local paper giving notice of a pending policy. The POA office staff can be reached at (719) 256-4171 and are also available to answer questions. All comments regarding pending policies are requested in writing for submission to the Board.
